2015 Diedrich IR-1
In Stellar Condition
This is Diedrich's IR-1, 1kg/2.2 lbs. roaster, and it's in awesome condition for being just 6 years old. Handsomely finished in stainless steel (see pictures), ready to start roasting again.
Current owner bought it brand new and used it only as a profiling sample roaster, so not a lot of hard hours on it. He needs the space in the roastery as a new machine is coming in.
Manufactured in 2015, this is a solid machine in excellent condition with an industry name known for reliability. The Diedrich IR-1 can handle anything between 200 grams to one kilogram (½ pound - 2.2 pounds). The IR-1 gives you unparalleled precision and control over small batches. It uses infrared burners, producing a fresh, clean coffee with all the right notes. Roast up to 8.8 pounds per hour.
Comes with a matching chaff collector.
This IR-1 currently runs on Natural Gas. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to Propane.
Double walled venting, spec'd by Diedrich, is an option. Add $500.
