Rare - 2006 Diedrich HR 1 Sample roaster in very good condition.
The roaster handles 1 pound roasts. You can roast 4 batches in about an hour. It is basically a scaled-down, 120V 15A electric version of their large roasters, complete with bean mass thermocouple, and air and heat controls.
All original manuals included with this roaster.
