Just look at the pictures! It handles 1 pound batches for your perfect sampling or super-small batches. You can roast up to 4 batches in an hour.

This sweetheart is basically a scaled-down, 110v/15amp electric version of its larger brother and sister roasters. Comes complete with bean mass thermo-couple, and air and heat controls.
All original manuals included with this roaster.
