Description
12 Kg - SAMIAC Model GE 10-12 - 1995 Model - Used
Opportunities like this are rare! Behold a treasure from 1995 - a French Samiac roaster with a 12 kg batch capacity, in good working condition. Celebrated for its superior craftsmanship, such machines are scarce in the current market.
Sasa Samiac is a French designer and manufacturer of coffee-roasters, recognized by all the professionals. Since 1919, Sasa Samiac has been developing processes capable of roasting coffee according to tradition, from 10 to 1000 kg of coffee per hour.
After years of impeccable performance under the current owner, who has relished its exceptional brews, this Samiac coffee roaster is in search of a new steward. It was originally purchased in 2007 and has been faithfully used 4-5 days per week ever since. Despite minor flaws, such as a broken arm on the Stirflex—repair parts are provided—the machine has been well-maintained. There was evidence of a minor roaster fire when it was first acquired, but it has not affected its operation.
Seize this chance to continue the Samiac's legacy. Opportunities to own such a distinguished machine do not come often.
All roasters are sold as-is. Crating and Shipping not included in the listed price.
