This is a fully operational 10 kilo Ambex roaster - perfect to move up from a smaller batch or great entry machine into the business! The Ambex Model YM-10 is amongst their most popular models.
This machine is a one-time owner and has very low hours. Only ran 400 hour max in the 1 1/2 years total roast time. It's only 6 years old! Has been sitting for just over 2 years in storage and some time in between shop moves. Current owners are out of the business and wanting it to have a new roasting home!
Located in Northeast USA, it's powered by 110v @ 20 amps and natural gas for fuel.

This roaster has a digitally controlled bean probe for accurate roasting. Also struts independent roasting and cooling systems so you can roast and cool beans at the same time.
The Ambex YM-10 utilizes impinged jet atmospheric gas burners for a cleaner, more precise roasting environment. Independent roasting and cooling allow for continuous, consistent performance, reducing overall operation time.
Easy to program digital controllers with scientifically placed bean probes make for a more precise roasting platform, allowing for accurate roasting from 10 to 100 percent batch capacity. Preset audio alarms help operators keep labor costs down in a busy production environment.
