The Diedrich IR-12 roasts 12 kg, or 25 lbs, per batch. It makes up to 90 lbs per hour, depending on your roast profile. Each batch takes about 13 to 16 minutes. The size suits specialty coffee roasters and growing commercial operations.

The Diedrich IR-12 uses infrared burner technology to heat the beans. It runs on natural gas at 90,000 BTU and needs 110V single-phase power. Diedrich also offers a propane conversion for this roaster. The IR-12 works with Cropster and Artisan, two programs that log roast data.

The original owner bought this 2023 unit straight from Diedrich Roasters and never installed it after a facility move. The roaster stayed in its factory crate in climate-controlled storage.
