Since 2010, this machine has been roasting 8 hours a day, 5 days a week—without missing a beat. Maintained with care and precision, it’s still fully commissioned, and operational. Just take a look at the photos—this isn’t a roaster that’s been sitting idle. It’s a well-loved workhorse ready for its next chapter. Yes, it is production roaster and could probably use a little polishing, but it is solid and ready to roast.
Powered by 110v and fueled by natural gas, it’s been a backbone of a busy roasting operation that’s now scaling up. As a bonus, the sale includes approximately 10 feet of 8-inch double-walled stainless-steel venting (in 3-foot sections), saving you serious time and money on your install.
Though it's now being phased out with new machines coming online, this Probat is fully functional and ready to roast the moment it hits your floor.
