A timeless Probat L-12 coffee roaster, a vintage gem built circa 1990 and now seeking a new home. This machine has been fully refurbished on working parts, all bearings have been rebuilt and fans and airflow cleaned work performed by local Coffee Roaster Mechanic. The machine was put into storage after being test roasted.
There was possible evidence of a minor roaster fire before the restore, as you clearly see in the photo's this has been taken care of during the restore. Usage was a light 2 days a week for the last few years before being decommissioned to be restored. The cooling tray had a crack near the bean exit, which has been rewelded with stainless and reinforced on the backside.
