And here it is! This is a 12 kilo / 25 lb. per batch Diedrich Model IR-12 roaster, fully operational and with no issues. This one was manufactured in 2021. Comes with approximately 40ft of 6 in, double-walled, stainless steel piping for ventilation.

This roaster has about 150 hours logged and the previous owner cleaned it thoroughly according to manufacturer's guidelines.

Runs on Propane with 110v power.
