This one purchased new from Diedrich in 2008 and roasted for 10 years, averaging 3 hrs. roasting a day, 5 days a week. Had last roast through it mid-2018 when replaced by an IR-24. Company now running on a CR-70. It's a Diedrich shop through and through!
It's currently sitting on a pallet ready for crating. Was cleaned bi-weekly when used and maintenance performed when needed. Annual professional cleaning and maintenance performed throughout life. Check the pictures. It's clean!

COSMETIC NOTE:
There is a bit of paint "chaffed" off around the lower access doors as the pictures show. Zero impact on this IR's performance. Just a little "beauty mark". :-)
This 12k Diedrich IR-12 can handle small batches as small as 6 kilo/13.2 lbs. or as large as 12 kg (26 lbs.). IR machines are designed to run half batches. Roasts up to 92 lbs. per hour when pumping out 4 batches. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
