Here we go! Another Diedrich IR-12 Coffee Roaster that pumps out 25 lbs. a batch! This one purchased used from original owner. It's been averaging 300 lbs. a week for the last 2 1/2 years since acquired. Shut down in March of 2022, now been replaced with another brand machine. This guys ready to go back to work at your roastery!
It's in excellent condition, fully operational with no issues. This unit is fueled by Natural Gas. Powered by 110v. Conversion kits available to Propane direct from Diedrich if needed.
Serviced weekly, cleaned frequently. And it has been upgraded with the latest version of gas controls, Diedrich's feature on the new machines. This roaster has 3 thermocouples: Bean, Exhaust, and Ambient. Cropster and Artisan loves this temp output triangulation for profiling, and yes, this IR has the roast data logging USB port connection.
This 12k Diedrich IR-12 can handle small batches as small as 6 kilo/13.2 lbs. or as large as 12 kg (26 lbs.). IR machines are designed to run half batches. Roasts up to 92 lbs. per hour when pumping out 4 batches. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
