Check out this beautiful custom yellow and stainless steel, software automated Probat P2 series roaster. Purchased brand new from Probat in Chicago in 2019, the current owner is changing business model to co-roasting after upgrading to a Probat P60 and no longer needs this incredible machine.
The specific equipment offering comes with some treats:
- Software automation with drum speed AND air flow controls
- External cyclone
- 30' of dual-wall insulated stack
Located in Northeast USA, it has had light use, strict cleaning protocols, and lots of TLC. It was last used end of Feb 2022.
Runs on Natural Gas and powered by 110v. Original manuals included.
P SERIES PROBAT DETAILS:

On a strong 10 hr. production day, a max 25 lb. batch @ 4 batches p/hr. would roast over 7,000+ lbs. of coffee in a week, with no problems.
