Burner fuel is natural gas. Powered by 110v.

Has been running approximately 5 hours a day, 2 days per week since purchased with the company in 2019. Current owner bought the roastery from this roaster's original owner - machine in same place since new pumping out the same roasts.

Owner has maintained and taken care of this workhorse well. Just look at those picts and video! Gets cleaned after every roast, deep cleaned and mechanical check once a month. Chimney was cleaned every year.

This L12 comes with a new spare motor. The chaff collector is built in with access at front of the machine. Quiet running. Requires one vent to the outside world.  

Currently roasting but ready for shut down when purchased - crated up, and shipped out. Owner shutting down operation.

In production, this workhorse can roast up to 10,000 lbs. a week, depending on roast. On a strong 10 hr. production day, a max 25 lb. batch @ 6 batches p/hr. would roast over 10,000 lbs. of coffee in a week, with no problems. Probat's are strong, solid machines that carry the reputation that holds up.
