The Story: This IR-12 came with a roastery the current owner purchased. It was originally bought new by that shop owner. Seller watched it roast perfectly at the time he purchased. Unfortunately he ran into some health issues so had to sell business but kept the equipment. Now back at it with a higher batch roaster.
Fueled by Natural Gas. Powered by 110v.
- The burner system integrates directly with Cropster and Artisan for the precise roast profile tracking.
- Has a pair of thermocouples: Bean and Exhaust temps.
- Infrared gas burners allow you to roast with conductive, convective, and radiant heat with total control.
There is an optional afterburner with attached chaff collector with this offering. It is a 2010 model and ran well up till a few years ago. Reported it simply needs some burner work. Price is negotiable.
