This is an original Sivetz 2‑bag coffee roaster (140 kg total capacity) equipped with an afterburner and variable frequency drive. The system is exceptionally clean and clearly maintained with a preventative maintenance mindset, the kind of care we love to see and expect the next owner to continue.

Built during the golden era of Sivetz engineering, this roaster was personally connected to Michael Sivetz, who notably did not assign serial numbers to many of his large-format roasters due to their limited production. If you knew Michael, this detail will make you smile. We estimate this roaster as circa 1984.

Designed for high-volume, repeatability-focused roasting, this machine excels when run exactly as intended, two full bags per batch, every time.
