Fully functional and rated as "Good," the seller notes that a bearing change may be on the horizon—but otherwise, it's good to go.
Precision Roasting at Its Best:
The IR-1 is perfect for precision roasting, handling anywhere from 200 grams to 1 kilogram (½ pound - 2.2 pounds) with ease. Its infrared burners ensure clean, fresh coffee bursting with flavor and can roast up to 8.8 pounds per hour.
Equipped with an external chaff collector and a data port for seamless Cropster or Artisan integration, it’s essentially a scaled-down version of the larger Diedrich IR models, offering all the performance in a smaller package.
