Originally purchased as an entry-level machine, this Diedrich IR-2.5 has since been upgraded to a larger IR-5 model by the current owner. The roaster comes with its original manuals and is in excellent condition. It has been well-maintained and was last used in December 2023.
Currently configured to operate on propane with 110v power, Diedrich offers conversion kits for natural gas if desired. Included in the sale is an external Factory Matched Chaff Collector.
This roaster has seen light use, averaging 4 hours per week, and remains fully operational with no issues. It is crafted for consistent, repeatable quality, ensuring a perfect roast every time.
