Unearthed from the past, this Classic Primo PRI-50 coffee roaster, a true gem, found its way to the current owner in 2021. Originally acquired with a specific vision in mind, the owner's plans took an unexpected turn, leaving this magnificent machine seeking a new home. This roaster was the original workhorse that started Naked Coffee in Sacramento, CA which had 4 retail locations, a breakfast house, and a bustling wholesale side. The current owner trained under the Naked Coffee founder Chris Pendarvis and eventually left to go roast for Gene Lemos of Vaneli’s Coffee in 2009. The story comes full circle when the owner left Vaneli’s , moved, and was offered a deal on the Naked Coffee equipment.

Currently resting on pallets, it eagerly awaits crating and shipping to its next proud owner. Although the exact manufacturing date remains elusive, it is believed to be a 1990 model, showcasing the enduring quality of craftsmanship. This roaster operates on Natural Gas and plugs into a standard 110v outlet, making it convenient for a variety of setups.
