Genuine Sivetz Fluidized Bed Coffee Roaster installed by Michael Sivetz approximately 25 years ago.
The roaster was refurbished about 15 years ago including a new Maxon burner and PLC/touchscreen controls. In use until June 2020. Includes Sivetz afterburner and upgraded cooling tray.
This machine was a workhorse. The afterburner was seldom used, so in good condition. This is a great machine for fans of Sivetz technology. Realistically priced for a quick sale. The equipment is now dismantled but Seller is available to answer prospective buyer questions.
