This 25-kilo Probat Burns was used frequently but still in good condition! This roaster had its exhaust tubes cleaned quarterly, its bearings replaced annually, and the Gearmotor replaced as needed.
NOTE: There is a heavy spot on the drum that makes an audible hum on each rotation - does not affect anything, Probat states that this is not unusual.
