Used as overflow and back up maybe once a month, last used July 2024.The Roaster has been updated with the following all NEW 2 Solo CL-4848-CR temperature controllers PID 2 RDT's bean and enviro temp's Cooling blower Stir motor gas valve and pilot modulating gas valve for artisan control from PID Vacuum safety switch gas pressure gauge USB port Control consul 3 settable alarms for focus attention (currently set to 285 deg (approx. dry end) 385 deg(approx. First crack) and 430 deg (finish temp +/-) (PID Switchable controller (bean or environmental) Switch for manual or computer control of gas (disconnecting modulating gas valve) Also included memory key with SOLO temperature software and Artisan setup file for Mobus settings
