Solid Floor Model 3k Diedrich IR-3 Roaster
This 2003 Diedrich IR-3 that has come to us out of an Espresso stand that unfortunately has been shut down. Current owner no longer needs the roaster and is looking to find a good new home for it. He owned it for 6 months, purchased from a the previous owner.
This roaster has no defects and roasts beautifully.

This IR-3 currently runs on propane gas. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to Natural Gas if necessary.
It has brand new bearings, loaded with food-grade grease.
This 3k Diedrich can handle small batch ranges from 1-7 lbs.. Roasts up to 25 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms. Infrared gas burners allow you to roast with conductive, convective, and radiant heat with total control.
The Diedrich Roaster Is Designed For Consistency And Repeatability, Ensuring A Perfect Roast Batch After Batch.
