Solid Floor Model 3k Diedrich IR-3 Roaster
This IR-3 runs on natural gas. Estimated to have less than 2000 hours of operation.
This roaster has no defects or issues! Kept in its crate for the first 2 years, it was used weekly during a farmers market for the next 9 years. After that, it went unused for last 2 years until the owner decided to sell it when his company went out of business. The last time it was tested was in February 2023 to ensure smooth operation... It fired right up and worked like a charm!
This roaster has been regularly maintained every use and has had Heavy maintenance every 60-70 hours as per owner's manual. Includes maintenance kit and owner's manual but no afterburner or agitator.
This 3k Diedrich can handle small batch ranges from 1-7 lbs.. Roasts up to 25 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms. Infrared gas burners allow you to roast with conductive, convective, and radiant heat with total control.
