This 2006 Diedrich IR-3 is one of the earlier fully automated machines with a separate control tower (as seen in picture). It's running on Diedrich's Zenith software (as shown in video). Beautifully taken care of. Automation is both software/roast control as well as the roaster itself, dropping the beans into the cooler when profile is complete.
Current owner no longer needs the roaster and is looking to find a good new home for it. He owned it for a few years and never used it before acquiring from the previous owner.
This roaster has no defects and roasts beautifully. Dark green in color.

This IR-3 currently runs on propane gas. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to Natural Gas if necessary.
This 3k Diedrich can handle small batch ranges from 1-7 lbs.. Roasts up to 25 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms. Infrared gas burners allow you to roast with conductive, convective, and radiant heat with total control.
