This little 3-kilo Diedrich IR-3 is a sweetheart for sure! Great for starting out your roastery with a solid roaster that puts out 6+ lbs. a batch in an area that required smoke and exhaust control.

This is a 2007 Diedrich IR-3 roaster floor model with a matching Diedrich Afterburner. The serial number suggests it's a 2007 model. The owner purchased this from CoffeeTec and ended up not even taking it out of the crate.

There will be several sections of the exhaust duct included and some spare parts. The roaster has also had a 2nd thermocouple installed and is also set up for data port output (Artisan or Cropster) for tracking and logging. The front and rear bearings have been replaced.

The roaster currently runs on propane and the afterburner on natural gas. 

Offering also comes with 4 - 30" sections of Selkirk double-walled insulated stack and an extra display unit. 

This 3k Diedrich can handle small batches ranging from 1-7 lbs.  Roasts up to 25 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms. Infrared gas burners allow you to roast with conductive, convective, and radiant heat with total control.

The Diedrich Roaster Is Designed For Consistency And Repeatability, Ensuring A Perfect Roast Batch After Batch.
