We've had a run on these guys in the last few months! Here's another beautifully matched set of coffee roasting machines for your consideration. This kilo size is perfect for starting out your roastery or upgrading from smaller batch where you need roaster smoke and exhaust air control.

This one is a 2008 Diedrich IR-3 roaster floor model with matching Diedrich Afterburner in stellar condition. Just look at the pictures!

WATCH THIS EXACT MACHINE IN ACTION!

Current owner purchased used from a friend who was the original owner. Reported to have extreme minimal use over its lifetime, mainly for hobby roasting. 3 roasts a week for the last couple years. Change of owner's business has made this equipment available to you.

It's had new bearings popped in front and rear - only 30 roasts on them. Owner cleans the machine after every roast.

The roaster and afterburner both run on natural gas. Conversion kits to Propane are available from Diedrich. Powered by 120v.

Offering also comes with double-walled insulated stack as seen in pictures.

This 3k Diedrich can handle small batch ranges from 1-7 lbs..  Roasts up to 25 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms. Infrared gas burners allow you to roast with conductive, convective, and radiant heat with total control.

The Diedrich Roaster Is Designed For Consistency And Repeatability, Ensuring A Perfect Roast Batch After Batch.
