Fueled by propane and powered with a 220v single-phase connection, the MCR-3 offers a seamless roasting experience. Plus, stay in control with the data log connection for Cropster or Artisan, ensuring precision in every batch.

As a bonus, we're sweetening the deal with a 220v to 110v converter unit, chaff collector, and additional venting above the chaff collector shown in picture – all neatly fitting into the crate for your convenience!

Current owner has removed the original hinged cooling tray cover, but it will be included with the roaster.
