Description
I mean WOW! Immaculate condition! AND INCREDIBLE DEAL!
This is THE Italian roasting machine. STA Impianti is known to be right up next to a Probat in quality, durability, and consistency of roast.
This machine is a 2000 model, purchased brand new in 2001. It ran 15 years on an average roasting journey of 10 roasts a day, 3 days a week. Cleaned, maintained and serviced consistently and impeccably - just look the pictures! Never a fire.
Current owner shut it down in 2017 when they brought in 2 new larger roasters including a Probat G60.
Very good roasting system - supported by factory in Bologna Italy. This is a super clean running production roaster - very easy to operate and ideal for wholesale distribution and bulk roasting. Being in it's own enclosed cabinet - the operation is very quiet.
Structure in composed iron, completely closed with panels - doors and assembled in modular version to satisfy the most modern tendency of the actual technology. Internal parts in special silicon paint (high temperature resistance). This STA system collects chaff in the lower chamber like a typical shop roaster.
Cooler surface in stainless steel. Ball bearings, motors and gears calculated for 2.5 times the necessary duty. Heater with special gas burner to obtain maximum uniformity of color in function of the bean volume and moisture retention. Regulation devices for process air and combustion air. Manual operation mode operated from Control Panel.
