30 KILO: USED/REBUILT OFFICINE VITTORIA AUTOMATED ROASTER
Officine Vittoria made a great line of tight-package roaster design with everything coming from one "box" so that a single operator had instant control of every detail of the roasting process. Notice the destoner is all on top of the cooler and exits to the right (not shown). Even the chaff collector is attached in the rear (not shown) and all fans are tucked in under the roasting body. This roaster features a perforated drum for maximum air circulation - allowing for most easy blending of coffees during the roast cycle. Very even roast. Easy 4 to 5 roast per per hour.
