Here's a beautiful set of Loring roasting equipment: 35kg Loring S35 Kestrel,  and a D35 Loring Destoner, 1 Action Pak net weigh and 1 Action Pak Sealing Units. Used approximately a year lightly. It's all in excellent condition and ready to be packed up and freighted out IMMEDIATELY

It's located in Central East Coast, USA, sitting fully commissioned, ready for disassembly or taken over as a plant.

This offering includes all 2 vertical vent chimneys seen in the pictures and the Loring Vacuum Assist Loader and both roasters have the Cooler Vent Kits. There is one (1) digital bean cart with the 35kg Loring.

These Loring roasters boast touchscreen automation, vacuum elevator loading, auto hopper and auto roast chamber doors, and high-speed cooling tray with paddle stirring.

Loring roasters use a patented single gas burner system that provides heat for both roasting the coffee and incinerating smoke from the roast chamber.

The Loring coffee roaster is a very unique machine requiring EXTREME tender loving care when packaging and moving. We have our top Loring certified technician in cue to handle the expertise needed to perfectly crate this machine which includes tilt and shock indicators like Loring installs from the factory. The transportation will be by air-ride suspension trucking only. Estimates on the crating will be from certified Loring riggers and freight will be special air-ride suspension truck.

OUR STORY – LORING SMART ROAST

Like so many of our customers, Loring Smart Roast started small with a big concept and a whole lot of hard work.

How Loring Smart Roast was Built

In 1998, Mark Loring Ludwig ran a small coffee packaging business in Northern California. Over time he became frustrated with his coffee roaster because profiles were unreliable and the process, inefficient. His experience installing and repairing food processing equipment told him there had to be a better way.

He set to work on a design that would improve reliability and effectively eliminate the need for an external afterburner.

Five years later, he had invented the world’s first machine capable of smokeless coffee roasting. It’s the same machine Loring Smart Roast stands by today, and we still hold meetings in the same little office where it all began.
