This sturdy roaster has been a reliable companion, initially operating 3 days a week for 4 hours at a stretch for the first 2.5 years and then adapting to more sporadic use. It has been treated with nothing but the best care, with a diligently followed cleaning and maintenance schedule right from the manufacturer's recommendations! The roaster does have a minor idiosyncrasy: the exhaust fan whistles during warm-up but falls silent around the 350-degree mark.
Powered by natural gas (and adaptable for propane), this workhorse operates on a 220v single-phase power supply. An added bonus is the data log connection for Cropster or Artisan, enabling you to monitor your roast data for the perfect brew every time!
