Here's the story. Purchased brand new, was uncrated but never used due to business change of plans. Can't use now. Back into original crate for safe freight. Again, this is a brand new Diedrich IR-5 in the crate, ready to ship NOW! NO WAITING!
This 5k Diedrich IR-5 can handle small batches as small as 250 grams (1/2 lb) or as large as 5 kg (11 lbs.). Roasts up to 44 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
This IR-5 currently runs on NATURAL GAS. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to propane if necessary.
