Here's the story. Purchased brand new, never left the crate due to facility where the machine was going to be set up and commissioned changed. Can't use now. Again, this is a brand new Diedrich IR-5 in the crate, ready to ship NOW! NO WAITING!
This 5k Diedrich IR-5 can handle small batches as small as 250 grams (1/2 lb) or as large as 5 kg (11 lbs.). Roasts up to 44 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
This IR-5 currently runs on PROPANE. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to natural gas if necessary.
