This roaster is modified to have 4 motors for independent exhaust, cooling, drum and stir arm. Variable drum and exhaust fan speed, added needle valve and manometer for greater control of gas to burner. Has USB thermocuple interface for use with Artisan or Cropster software. Was built in 2003 and is a good little roaster. It has minor cosmetic defects. Ships from the Mid West.
