Right? How often does a beast like this one come through! This is an incredible fully operational, fully automated Probat P series equipment set including a 50 kilo Probatone P Roaster, Cooler, Cyclone, Loader, Destoner, and Ducting. Look at those picts and videos!
NO WAITING FOR LONG MANUFACTURING TIME.
IT'S READY TO SHIP IMMEDIATELY!
This seller is a great customer of ours. We just recently sold a smaller mini-plant of theirs. Now this beautiful roasting system is ready to be offered to you.
WATCH THIS EQUIPMENT IN ACTION:
The Rub: This equipment has been replaced with a larger batch roaster so owner is no longer needing this mini-plant (minus afterburner). It's a 2010 model originally purchased direct from Probat in excess of $200,000 in 2013. It's had 8 years of average roasting. Last used in December of 2021. Perfect running condition. No defects, no issues. Heck, it's a Probat Probatone!!!
Even though it's labeled as a 50 kilo, seller says you can put in a FULL BAG and roast with no problem! Can you say "single-bagger"!
Fueled by Natural Gas. Powered by 220v / 3 phase. Also comes with single-walled Probat matched ducting: 4 - 4' sections (8" ID), 2-90 degree elbows. Stack: 2 - 4' sections (10" ID), double-walled, from afterburner to roof.
This equipment is decommissioned and disassembled, ready for palletizing and crating for shipping.
It also has Probat's software automation system and the Phidget connection for data logging and playback via Cropster or Artisan.
The P series Probat was designed to be user-friendly and precise, delivering perfect roast results. Intuitive to use, easy for beginners to learn. Experts still have configuration options for delving deeper into the roaster, offering even more scope for individualization.
Let's do the math:
- 110 lb. batches (again, seller says it can handle 150 lbs. per batch)
- 3 batches an hour = 330 lbs. of roasted green
- Light 5 hours a day =1650 lbs. of roast
- 5 days a week = 8250 lbs. of roast
- Average "easy" week of roasting will yield over 4 tons of roasted green!!!
Remember. Probat's are strong, solid machines that carry the reputation that holds up.
