This is an original owner 6 kilo Mill City Roaster, purchased new in late 2020 direct from Mill City. Run time has been only 150 hours. Serviced & cleaned consistently. Needing to sell due to exiting the coffee business.
This roaster runs on natural gas. Powered by 220v single phase. Includes original manuals. Has a separate chaff collector (see pictures). It's currently commissioned but ready for disconnect, crating, and shipping to your roastery.
BONUS: There is also an external "Z" vent that comes with this offering - a $3,000 value alone. Also included is the double-walled extended ducting from Mill City, reported today to be approximately $4,700. Both are included in this package!
The machine also has the digital output for roast logging with software like Artisan or Cropster.
