Take a look! Here's Probat's acclaimed G60 Powerhouse Roaster system. A "mini-plant" of incredible machinery, starting with a solid 1959 fully refurbished Probat G60 roaster that can pump out up to 130+ lbs. a batch, or basically a full bag. And it can do it over and over all day long. This roaster has manual operation all from a central PLC.
Following up is a thermal afterburner with 8' stack, chaff collector, destoner, and an in-floor loader. If you look closely at the pictures, you'll see 2 cyclones - one for the roaster exhaust and the other for the cooler which Ts into the afterburner via a automated flapper.
The destoner has its own blower and exhaust as well.
Also has digital output for Cropster or Artisan data logging.

The Rub:
Current owner acquired the equipment in 2016 when it came with a roastery purchase. Prior roastery purchased the machine in the 1959 new and had it completely refurbished by International Roasting Systems later. They've been running at your typical Probat "bring-it-on" roasting of 5+ hours daily since. No longer needing this equipment as they have moved over to new machines, different brand.
This equipment (as the videos show) runs in perfect, stellar Probat style. Fully operational. NOTE: Hilarious - if the front cap on a classic Probat isn't missing paint, it ain't "seasoned", right!!!
