A Roaster Dynamics machine, a 2020 Tech-tisian RD-6 with a convertible design that lets you switch between 6kg and 3kg capacities. It's like having two roasters in one!

Built by Paul Ribich, the RD-6 is all about flexibility and efficiency. Roast 3-4 batches per hour, thanks to its ability to roast and cool at the same time.

Gas specifications are RD-3, with a maximum of 45,000 Btu on either natural or propane, and RD-6, with a maximum of 67,000 Btu on the same fuels. The exhaust features two 4-inch ports that can run independently or be combined into a single pipe. The unit weighs 650 to 700 pounds.
