90 kilo Probat G90 Roaster & Mini-Plant - Good Condition- Used
90 kilo Probat G90 Roaster Mini-Plant
Here's another Probat plant of solid equipment, ready for relocation and new ownership. This is an early 1970's 90 kilo Probat G90 roaster with control panel, green bean loader, destoner, cyclone, afterburner, and connecting ducting & stack.
360 kilos p/hour output (@ 4 roasts p/h). That's 800 lbs. green through put p/h, over 3 tons per day on an 8 hour shift! That's serious bean roasting!
Original owner, now replacing with a brand new set of Loring roasters. Roastery no longer needing the original 3 Probat machines, this being one of them.
The INPROHEAT afterburner is only a few years old. And check out that custom control panel in the video.
SEE IT IN ACTION:
Runs 4 days a week and has been for decades, just like a Probat was designed to. Fueled by natural gas, powered by 220v/3 phase. Purrs along like a kitten.
All connecting ducting and stack comes with the package.
NOTE: Roaster master reports that the 3 ceramic burners are a bit uneven in BTU output. Has learned to work around it, but suggests needing a burner "tune up".
This Probat G90 mini-plant is ready NOW for disassembly, freight prep, and shipping to your roastery! We handle it all for you!
