90 KILO: PROBAT GG90 ROASTER
Model GG90 Coffee Roaster, Serial Number 56/4199, original year 1956, has been recently refurbished with new controls, new pneumatics. It will have a new gas train (please confirm if you need mains or LPG nozzles. It comes with LPG nozzles). All new electrics, circuit breakers, contacts, switches, etc. The old control box is used to house the new components with the original back-lit picture indicators functioning. Pneumatics are added for charging, drum door opening, changeover valve on cooling pan exhaust/vacuum stone remover and cooling pan emptying. A separate motor for the flu fan has been added. A new stainless chaff collector will be included. The paint is very sound and original with no cracking. The gunmetal finish on outer drum and cooling pan just needs a bit of buffing. A profiling temperature controller with timer will be installed. Currently Set up in the factory and in good condition.
