The AFPAK YM40 Single Serve Coffee Pods Filling Machine fills and seals 20 to 40 capsules per minute. AFPAK built this single-lane machine for beginners and small coffee businesses. The compact frame measures 25.6 inches square and fits tight production spaces.

Vertical feeding drops each empty capsule into the single lane. A servo motor turns the filling auger, so every pod gets 5–20 grams. Smart sensors stop the fill without a capsule and stop the seal without film. The machine tamps the capsule edge, then places a pre-cut lid and flushes nitrogen gas to keep the coffee fresh.
