Clean Stream Afterburner CSA-200: Commercial Coffee Roaster Emissions Control System at 200 CFM

The Clean Stream Afterburner CSA-200 cleans up to 200 CFM of roast air. This 2021 unit is a commercial coffee roaster emissions control system. It cuts smoke, odor, fine particulate, CO, and harmful VOCs produced during coffee roasting. Clean Stream builds these pollution control systems in the USA.

A powerful natural gas burner heats the roast air to 1200-1400 degrees F. That heat burns off the smoke and smell, so your roastery stays clean. Clean Stream builds this thermal oxidizer with a compact frame and UL-listed electrical parts. A 10" outgoing vent connects the unit to your exhaust.

The owner bought this afterburner for a 12 kg Probat roaster in 2021. He installed it and ran about 10 roasts, then shut it down during COVID. He cleaned and maintained the unit fully and reported no issues.
