The Leon 700 now includes an integrated PFA Portafilter Activation. Streamline your workflow in high-volume sales environments, specializing in single or double dose dispensing. Usage is very simple: turn on the grinder, select the dose you want to dispense automatically, and insert the portafilter! The PFA is active even when the screen is in standby mode. Additionally, if you need an extra shot, the manual mode can be activated even with the portafilter still inserted. 

The Leon 700 is fitted with 64 mm Ceado original flat burrs. It is gentle on the coffee beans even at peak times, capturing the full flavor of the coffee in every cup.

The Steady Lock System, unique in the world, ensures a constant distance between the burrs under any working stress condition, allowing the set grind size to be maintained. The ground coffee is dosed into the portafilter while leaving the barista’s hands free.
