Brand New Condition 50lb. Destoner!

This Diedrich Destoner is in new condition. It was set up and used for only 1 day only to discover it wouldn't work for the application which was a café setting. Let the pictures tell the story on this one!

The design is for seamless integration to a Diedrich CR-25 roaster but can be used with other applications requiring this volume of destoning.

Has 25 kilo / 50 lbs. hopper and is built in several sections to support installation -

• Base unit
• Trunk
• Silo with vacuum blower.
  

INSTALLATION NOTES:
If shipped disassembled, upon reassembly all flanges and tube connections must be sealed with a silicone caulking to prevent vacuum leaks to create the vacuum needed to lift the coffee.

If it is mounted to a building structure engineering should be consulted to account for the weight of the coffee, the silo, and components. Also note that the starting torque of the blower motor can cause shifting if the installation structure is inadequate. Exhaust ducting to the outside is recommended  to allow access to inspect and or clean as needed.
