The AFPAK H1 K cup filling sealing machine fills and seals 1,800 to 3,000 capsules per hour. AFPAK built this compact unit for starter companies that want their own capsule line. The H1 handles biodegradable, plastic, and aluminum Nespresso capsules. Change the molds and accessories to make K-Cups, Lavazza capsules, and Dolce Gusto pods.

A servo motor doses an adjustable 5-7 grams of coffee into each capsule while vibrating. Nitrogen gas pushes out air during filling and sealing, so coffee stays fresh longer. Sensors check each capsule, and the machine stops filling when a cup goes missing. PLC control and a touchscreen run the cycle, so any operator learns this coffee capsule filler fast.
