Up for sale, here's a sweet Diedrich IR-12, 12Kg roaster, looking for a new home. Manufactured in 2000, this is a solid machine with an industry name known for reliability. She has a new temperature probe and connects digitally to pad or computer.
The IR-12 has a maximum of 12kg roast capacity (26 lbs). Roasts are typically 11-13 minutes with darker roasts taking just a bit longer. The IR-12 can be used to do very small precision batches or taken up to commercial roasting.
