The Optima OPD-A High Precision Balance delivers high-stability, lab-grade weighing for quality control, formulation, jewelry, and research workflows where small changes matter. Its gold-plated ceramic capacitance sensor helps minimize temperature effects for consistent results.

A large stainless steel pan makes it easy to weigh bigger samples, while the rigid cast aluminum body and static-resistant components support stable measurements. Select models include a 3-door anti-static draft shield to protect 1 mg readings from airflow and surrounding interference.

Use multiple units (g, ct, lb, oz, ozt, dwt) to match your process, and connect easily to printers or data systems with a configurable RS-232 interface. Two-point adjustable leveling feet help dial in accuracy on uneven benches, and below-balance weighing supports density testing and suspended samples.
