This 2006 Probat L25 automatic roaster is located at the back of a popular café that has been in operation since 1938. The business has since outgrown the capacity of this machine and has upgraded to a larger unit.
This Probat L25 has the ability to program in your roast profile and will automatically control the 3 burners, roaster charging, dropping the batch at your end temperature, and starting the cooling process.
Chaff collector is included.
