The SANEU SK-4 Nespresso & K-Cup Coffee Packaging Machine fills and seals 200 capsules every minute. Four cavities sit in line and work together, so the SK-4 suits roasters running large capsule orders. It packs Nespresso, K-Cup, Lavazza Blue, Dolce Gusto, and other formats after a mold change.

A PLC control system and an auger screw hold the filling accuracy to 0.1 g. An inline weighing system checks the weight of each capsule in real time. A high-precision nitrogen device keeps oxygen inside the capsule under 2%, then two rounds of heat sealing close the foil lid. The enclosed 304 stainless steel body uses UV light to keep the ground coffee clean.
