Sealer Sales THS-Series Direct Heat Foot Sealer

Our THS-series direct heat sealers are available in light blue and equipped with a digital temperature controller.  Available in 8", 12", and 16" lengths with a 15mm wide meshed seal. PTFE-coated jaws are available in 8", 12," and 16" with model numbers, THS-200TC, THS-300TC, and THS-400TC, respectively.  We also offer a serrated seal style for the 12" unit (THS-300S).

Our direct heat / constant heat sealers seal most types of thermoplastic packaging material. Still, they are especially ideal for thicker materials such as coated aluminum foil, Kraft paper, cellophane, mylar, and coated PP.  Please note:  direct heat sealers cannot seal polyethylene.  Depending on the model of the sealer, material up to 16" wide and 20 mil thick can be sealed.  The meshed seal width is 15mm.  Equipped with a digital temperature controller that accurately controls the temperature from 30°-550° F (0°-300° C).  Both jaws are heated simultaneously, resulting in better heat penetration and sealing of thicker material.  Units also include an adjustable work table.

Easy to operate.  Set the temperature controller to the appropriate setting for sealing the material. Once the correct setting has been reached, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. Insert the material between the two sealing bars.  Press down on the foot pedal and release.
